There are many iconic locations to propose in San Francisco, California. I personally think there is no other location as quintessential as the Golden Gate Bridge to ask your loved one to spend forever with you. As romantic as San Francisco is, it’s hard to not fall in love with it and all of its charm!

I met Terell and Sarah about a year ago, when we did a casual couple’s shoot on Marshall Beach. We danced around the beach, playing on the rocks, chasing birds, and then spent the afternoon bumbling around the city. It was so much fun, and I left feeling like we were old friends.

As a destination wedding photographer, I am often traveling away from my home state of North Carolina for love. So when Terell texted me a picture of a beautiful Cartier ring, I was immediately excited about being back on the west coast for such an exciting moment in his life.
