I’m Jena, the heart and soul behind Sunshine Sentiments, a name inspired by my dad’s nickname for me, and the light he brought into my life. After losing him in 2023, I realized how much I cherished the few photos we had together and how much I wished for more. That’s when it hit me: this is what I was meant to do.
Outside of photography, I’m a new wife, a dog mom to Kayuh and Tucker, and a lover of bubbly water, seafood, and Taylor Swift. (Tell me your favorite song here and let’s chat for hours)

Jordan is not just my husband, he's a master of wearing all the hats. He started out as my assistant and would help me out on weddings and shoots. He quickly learned photography, became my second shooter, and suggested we start to learn videography together. When you book a photo and video package with us, he is typically the one behind the videography camera!
When Jordan's not busy working his full time job or capturing your memories alongside me, he is either snowboarding, traveling, or snuggling our pets. He loves supporting the Eagles, even though he's from Denver, Colorado. Jordan loves good wine, seeing new places and busting a move on the dancefloor!
