As your North Carolina wedding photographer, it is my goal to be connected with all the best wedding venues for you to have your special day. Below are five of my favorite wedding venues in Raleigh, North Carolina to get married at. 

The Skyroom

This brand new wedding venue is located at 247 Callies Haven Way, Moncure, North Carolina, 27559. It is set to open this spring with its first season being this year. 

The Skyroom has been a vision of owner Jen’s for about 17 years. She alongside her father Mark, are bringing this dream to life.

At the heart of this venue is the desire for comfort for all. It was important to Jen to build a space where everybody could feel comfortable no matter what. With ADA approved features, a childcare center, and a room for mothers to pump, she thought of everything for everyone (even the vendors!)

The Skyroom boasts plenty of natural light, elevated, luxury finishings, flower fields and thoughtful touches like dimmable lighting so every photo has the opportunity to be beautifully lit. Be sure to reach out to Jen to book your hard-hat tour of this venue space and learn more about its story.

The Maxwell

This wedding and event venue is beautiful. It’s upscale luxury modern and it’s super close to downtown Raleigh. It’s the perfect backdrop for you to make your own with your own style. It’s got beautiful high voltage ceilings, white washed brick and an open air patio with romantic lighting, and a beautiful jasmine wall. This venue is known for being simple, but sophisticated, allowing you an almost blank canvas to paint your vision on. The people who work here are so sweet and welcoming, they just add to the lovely character of the venue. The Greenhouse at Arrows Farm

This brand new, Tuscany inspired wedding venue is just 45 minutes outside of Raleigh, North Carolina, located at 321 Dean Street in Lillington. The owner, Jessica Gallegos, has been dreaming of this venue for about a decade. Each locally-sourced piece has been handpicked and designed by Jessica with lots of family touches in mind. Xena and Critter, her two horses, aretypically invited out to the pasture during weddings to greet your guests and add a magical, whimsical element to your day.

The space is designed to be an inside-outside concept, allowing the party to flow naturally and to spread out. Amenities include a groom suite, a bride suite, a bar on wheels, romantic lighting, ample opportunities for photos for your portraits, your family photos, and a flower farm coming soon. The Greenhouse at Arrows Farm has plenty to offer, making it one of the best wedding venues near Raleigh, North Carolina.

This luxury venue is only open for spring and fall, so be sure to get your bookings in sooner rather than later!

The Grove at City Market

This romantic venue is located at 208 Wolfe Street right in downtown Raleigh. It is best for intimate gatherings, for up to 100 guests. The outdoor patio is the largest outdoor patio space in downtown and is great for the ceremony and cocktail hour, while the indoors boasts romantic fixtures and exposed brick. This space is perfect for a more urban, yet vintage vibe set in the heart of downtown.

Donovan Manor

This 15-acre estate is located at , near downtown Raleigh. This high end venue, with its stunning backdrop, gorgeous staircases, dramatic balconies, and plentiful natural surroundings is sure to amaze you. The Rose Garden is perfect for saying your vows before celebrating with your 250 guests under soaring ceilings and impressive chandeliers.
